Order Number: 385294 Hello, I purchased a code from you to reset my printer drum, but after completing the payment, I received a code that has already been used and is therefore not working. I entered the code correctly, but the system indicates that the code has already been used. I kindly request an immediate verification and either a replacement with a new valid code or a refund of the amount paid. I look forward to your prompt response to resolve this issue.
