    Hello, My WF-2860 printer is only booting to "Inspection Mode" with "Initial Charge Flag: OFF, Inspection Flag: ON" and a Ink Out error. I am able to boot to "Program Update Mode" and flash firmware, but can't actually get the printer to boot normally. I have full OEM ink cartridges inserted. Does the chipless firmware/adjustment program clear the Inspection Flag?
