I was try to scanning some photos and as the windows 8 program for scanning is not good like old epson i was install the epson program and then the all 3 led's start flashing and printer is unusable (i am not using original ink cartridge). can reset utility resolve this problem (then i will buy a key) if it can't what can i do? this is reading of wic reset utility Status Fatal error Cyan 58% Yellow 54% Magenta 55% Black 27%
