The program can only function properly using a USB connection. If you do not see your printer in the detected devices list try the following:
1. Check USB connection and cancel all printer jobs, turn printer OFF then ON again.
2. Refresh detected devices list.

Communication error occurred during data transfer between client and server. There are possible cause of the problem: internet connection may be unstable or absent, proxy are used or server is temporarily unavailable. Make sure that no third party applications ( antiviruses, firewalls, etc. ) does not block access to the network. If problem persists repeat this operation later.
