  1. Hi John, I did buy and used the activation key, I paid $20 and used it in the WIC, but it doens't work, isn't clearly mentioned above?
  2. I did use the key in WIC by clicking the firmware update buttonn, and filled in the key in the pop-up box, after a while, WIC told me successfully finished . however, the firmware did not change at all by further checking, and also, the ink level keeps dropping after printing. I reboot both printer and computer to see if it would be helpful, unforunately, it's not. I tried 2nd time, it told me the key was expired in the same day. so I have no idea what's wrong with WIC.
  3. I bought one firmware key to update my newly bought wf-2760, according to the guide that I need to confirm if the present firmware is able to be updated, guided was acquired from this link https://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?cPath=107&products_id=1836. and the test is positive, and after the firmware confirmation test, my printer is able to be turned off by press button '0' after the firmware verison showing in the printer screen. so I bought a firmware key to do the firmware update in WIC 5.04, in order to keep all cartridge ink amount check to constantly 100%. I chose the LP24G5 in WIC for firmware update, issued at 24/5/2016. HOWEVER, after the update in WIC 5.04 that claims to support 2760, printer finished the update and turned off itself, the firmware is still the old one (LP02I2), and all the ink amount were not reset to 100%. I guess the update failed, no idea where am I wrong and
