I ran WICReset with the printer in service mode and did the downgrade. Got the messages : "Start uploading firmware to the printer" and "Firmware has been succesfully uploaded" The printer went off and then on again. After turning back on all led's are flashing fast Turned the printer off and checked the firmware version, still the same : FE04JA Then tried upgrading the firmware to the chipless version, same behaviour and no change in version.
