  3. The program returned the error message as I attached below (translated): The activation code recording has been failed. This made me try to use another key, but the error ocurred again. Then, next day, when I tried to use them in another printer, received the 10092 error.
  4. Yes, I have.... Got you understand that this happened due a problem in YOUR program? If you verify in your servers, you can see that 2 keys were used in the same printer. Why should I do it? This is the evidence that I was having problems when I was trying to use that keys. Please, I need your help. Or you cancel the activation of these 2 keys, or, send me two other.
  5. Hi, I need support!! I don´t want to do that, but If you don´t give a solution for this case, I will cancel this purchase directly in my credit card. That´s not the first time wich I have problem with your keys. I will not lost these two keys because a problem in YOUR system.
  6. Hello, team, On May 5th, 2025, I purchased 5 keys for the WF-C5890 through order number 35979151. On July, 21th, 2025 , I tried to use two of these keys, but received the error message shown in the attatchment file. The printer wasn´t activated. On July, 23th, 2025, another customer contacted me for a chipless procedure, but when I attempted to use these same two keys again, but I received error 10092, which refers to a key that has already been used. The keys I’m referring are these two bellow: xxxxx-xxxxx-MHPFF-67QGY-HCQRF xxxxx-xxxxx-7VDCP-K23X9-MGYYM Could you please check this? If you check your servers, you will probably see that both the keys were used on the same device. This fact, along with the error message displayed, clearly shows that I was having trouble using them. Thank you in advance. Best regards, Jefferson

Hello, After update a WF-C5890 firmware using the version available on chiplesssolutions.com (https://chiplesssolutions.com/download/chipless/WFC5890_FWCK23TL_DB23P1_DB99Z9.zip), the printer presented a Blue Screen after restarted (as you can see in attachment), and got stuck in this screen for a long time.... Sometime latter, the printer was turned off removing the power cable, and then the printer didn´t turn on anymore. The procedure was done in service mode. - NUMBER 4 - NUMBER 7 - JOB/STATUS BUTTON - POWER ON BUTTON Do you know why this is happening? That´s the seccont time that this happens.   12. Something get wrong.... Please, HELP!!!! Urgent... After apply this new firmware, the printer DON´T turn on anymore. I did the firmware update in firmware mode. It was correctly uploaded. Turned off pressing and holding the ZERO buton, and when I pressed the power buton to turn onagain, the printer don´t respond. Any message, any light.... I already tried turn on in normal mode and in firmware mode, but it simply doesn´t works. This is a printer of a costumer. Please, I need your help to solve this issue.
  13. Hello, sorry, I didn´t see your answer before. Today we had the seccond case of this issue. The first was when I oppened this topic. The today´s costumer unfortunally accepted the Epson firmware update last night, before to contact us. The firmware used is the one wich I always download directly from chiplesssolutions.com: https://chiplesssolutions.com/download/chipless/WFC5890_FWCK23TL_DB01N9_DB99Z9.zip The procedure to put the printer in service mode is: Turn off the printer, and then, turn on pressing and holding the following butons: - NUMBER 4 - NUMBER 7 - JOB/STATUS BUTON - and then, POWER ON BUTON We already did the chipless in around 50 printers of these model. For the C5890 and C5810 models (and some others), we have to put in service mode. It doesn´t works in normal mode. Follow in attach, the screenshot of the panel after put it in service mode.   14. Awesome! After apply this new firmware, the LAN connection is working fine in both M5799 mentioned above, BUT.... Unfortunatelly, today we have faced this same issue in WF-C5890. Only one case until now, but seems to be the same problem. The LAN connection simply doesn´t works after apply the actual firmware, downloaded in: https://chiplesssolutions.com/download/chipless/WFC5890_FWCK23TL_DB01N9_DB99Z9.zip Could you, please, verify?   16. Hello, everyone. Unfortunately it looks like Epson played a trick on us. We are experiencing firmware upload issues on newer models of WF-C5890 and WF-C5810 printers. Even turning on the printer in service mode, at the end of the firmware transfer process, the following error message is displayed on the screen: DATA FILE IS NOT FOUND. We've tried transferring the firmware in normal mode and in firmware mode, and neither is working. Are you already aware of this issue? We have at least 6 cases where it is not possible to transfer the firmware due to this issue. Is there any solution for this? Thanks in advance for your attention. Hope you can help us. Att.   17. Hello, guys. It doesn´t works. When I try to send this firmware that you indicate (WFC5790_FWG238TL_CV24M3_CV99Z9), the firmware program doesn´t recognize the printer, as you can see in the images attached. There are two images... firmware (WFC5790_FWG238TL_CV24M3_CV99Z9) and firmware (WFM5799_FWG240TL_CR29LA_CR99Z9). The firmware WFM5799_FWG240TL_CR29LA_CR99Z9 can be sent to the printer, but with same NO LAN issue. Wait for yout assistance. Thanks. Jeff.

The firmware version used is WFM5799_FWG240TL_CR29LA_CR99Z9, the one that I´ve downloaded from chiplessSolutions.com Follow the link where I downloaded the firmware: https://www.chiplesssolutions.com/download/chipless/WFM5799_FWG240TL_CR29LA_CR99Z9.zip Curiously, this issue is occurring in two different machines.

Hi, guys, I´m having issues with Chipless for Epson WF C5810 The procedure of Firmware transfer seems to be working fine… it starts, takes a kind of 10 minutes to finish, but when I try to click in Activate Online on License.exe, it shown the following error message: Reading Error -1 What I´ve already tried: - Transfer firmware using original cartridges and without cartridges; - Disable all printer processes; - Disable Spooler Service on Services.smc; - Delete all documents on print queue; - Delete all other printers installed on the computer; - Restart Printer; - Uses another computer; - Uses the WIC to finish another processes, but seems that the WIC is still not compatible with WF-C5810.   22. Hi, folks Yesterday I was doing a procedure by AnyDesk with one of our customers, and one of the keys simply didn´t work again. The error message Is the same, 10092, like I had used. Since our last conversation regarding the same kind of problem, I took some MORE precautions here to be 1000% right that only me have access to the key list. My office is in a home office, ok? And I have a printing store, in the other side of the city block, where I have 2 technicians. Since before our last conversation, I´m using a PC to save those keys, that´s not in the same network of the store, although I have a strict confidence in my 2 employees. So, only me have the access the key list. But, on last Thursday, around 17:25 (Brazilian time), I was doing an unlock procedure for a new customer using the next key of the list of my last purchase… and It simply didn´t works. Key finished by Y6MRH Immediately I tried to use the next one of the list, finished by G6FD7, and this one worked fine. The key before the one which presented problem is the finished by -T996V. It was used around 6:40 PM (Brazilian time) on Wednesday, 07/29. Since that procedure, nobody here not even opened the key list. Until the next day. Folks… please, believe, since the other conversation, it´s impossible someone here had used that key besides me. I supplicate to you to investigate what’s happening. I lose the other key, and now, this one too. ☹ That’s a wonderful product man, but we can´t works with that loses. We pay in REAL, our money is worthless.
