I’ve sent several emails to the support address and left messages in the “Live” support Window. I purchased Epson stylus pro 4900 Adjustment software and need to switch the hardware id, as I have a new computer to attach to the printer. order number 180568 -
I've sent several messages to all different support channels on 2manuals in attempting to transfer my Epson utility software license from one machine to another. No replies or acknowledgment. Has anyone been successful in reaching support?
