I've just purchased a firmware downgrade for the Epson 1500w. I have followed the instructions to downgrade to the 2012 version and it didn't work. It's disappointing as I have spent a lot of money with you in the past on WIC resets but this firmware downgrade just hasn't worked at all, leaving me with an unusable printer and $20 out of pocket. Any suggestions?
