Hello, I just did the Firmware upgrade and it looked like it finished successfully, but when I tried to do the License.exe, I get a "Communication failed" error with a 10013 code. I do have Norton installed. Is this a firewall issue? It's very difficult to disable it. The tool sees the printer. I too am getting the 0xEA error and I have cleaned the counter belt. Please advise.
