  2. Hi, I have two XP15000 printer and bought two keys but only one is working. I ruled out issues with the setup and hardware by replacing everything. The error message says communication error, check cable etc but I used the same setup to successfully license my other printer with the second key. A new USB cable and different PC didn’t work either. thanks P
  3. I received a 10092 error when trying to activate the key for the firmware for my SC-P800 printer. My order # is 193762. I also sent a message with your support system. I tried different USB ports and disabled the Windows firewall with no change. Can you please help me? Thank you, John
  4. I've been trying to contact suport since yesterday and no answers or help at all untill now. I have done it before, so I'm sure it's not on my end.
