    I have been looking for a waste ink pad counter reset program for Epson 635 sold in Australia. I believe this is same as Artisan 730 sold in the USA. The issue is I have downloaded the WIC utility and when I check the printer it comes up as Epson Artisan 630. But when I check the printer model to upload the information to your server after it scans the database the programme crashes. I am using Windows XP PRO SP3. Please advise next steps .... If it is same as Artisan 730, is there another way of using the programme....... Thanks for your help
