Firmware is not updating on my WF-4730, and this is the second printer I have tried it on and keep getting failure that it did not install. I have purchased the license, and sent two emails requesting help with this issue and received no response. I am thinking there is an issue with the firmware update as this keeps happening on the printers, and will not install. Please provide any assistance that you can.
