The button "reset level of inks" was unavailable (cannot press on it), though the printer was listed among the supported devices (SX235W). I tried to reset the printer several times with the reset waste counter button but the printer still refuses to print with my black cartridge (other colours are empty). Now the key is no longer valid and I lost $10. How can I get another key with clear information on what to do or a refund?? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
