workforce7210 firmware downgrade

i am having a problen downgrading the firmware i have disabled the monitor and tried 3 different usb leads but everytime i put my key in it will download the firmware but as it starts to upload to the printer it stops the printer says preparing to update please wait but wic says.....

I/O raw command reply is unknown.

- An error occurred when application tried to write/read data into/from the printer.

- Restart the device each time you see this error before starting another operation.

- If possible try to replace USB cord/make sure that network connection is reliable.

- If Status Monitor Utility is supported by your OS and it`s active then disable it.

- Disable other applications that can use the printer and cancel all printing tasks.

 

i have disabled firewall antivirus

i have disabled every epson process

i have tried 3 different usb leads

i have tried my main pc and my laptop

and still the same message any ideas please??

Wolte just say I also have the problem. I also have firewall antivirus

disabled and disable the support processes I

I tried with 5 different USB-leads

I also tried 4 different PCs and 1 laptop

and always get the error message

I have now tried it with 8 different USB cables with the Silhouette Cameo 3 and the USB cable goes supper. Cable labeled E325168 (UL) TYPE CL2 60C 30V USB2.0 SHIELDED 28AWG / 1P + 2AWG / 2C

If you are facing this downloading problem with your laptop try:-

 

- I have disabled firewall antivirus

- I have disabled every Epson process

- I have tried 3 different USB leads

- I have tried my main pc and my laptop
