We have updated firmware version now.
Please download new firmware version here - https://chiplesssolutions.com/download/chipless/WF3720_FWF469TL_CL30J5_CL99Z9.zip

Upload firmware to  printer in normal mode  - dont put printer in Program Update mode.
The uploading process will stuck at 70-80% -  it is ok!
Open task manager and stop updater process.
Printer will blink for about 5-15 minutes - then will power OFF.

Now power on the printer - chipless firmware is installed now in your printer!

Please reply about results.

I am having a similar problem with an Epson WF-3730.  Attached is the screenshot from the WIC tool.  License tool does reports printer as unsupported.

The above license file fixed my issue completely.  I am now able to use my Epson WF-3730 with an ink cartridge that was originally not accepted by the printer (a brand new 3rd party one that had a chip that was incompatible with the printer).

The activation procedure was exactly as described (easy) with this new license file application!

Great customer service and a fantastic solution to using 3rd party inks with the Epson WF-3730!

Good day.

031008 error or 0x7920 in hex is:

VBS overvoltage error (VBS is Bulk-Source Voltage).

Possible causes:

Head FFC failure.
Failure of the head.
Main Board Failure.

Unfortunately, I do not have specific solution. Problem is definitely with the printhead, but what exactly causes this is not clear.

Maybe new firmware version is just better at handling printhead with voltage issues or at least less sensitive to this kind of problems.

This happens when I use to print, suddenly stops in the middle and papper jump.
How do I return to my Chipless firmware?
I tried it but the printer still reads cartridge
