Xp 241(2 different printers) chipless Shut down

Hello, i`m from Argentina, buy 2 new epson xp 241 and buy the license chipless, the printer "1" work fine 2 hours and shutdown, not power again....day 2 the 2nd printer xp 241 with other license work fine around 200 copys and shutdown too... what is the problem with this license?? 2 new printer and now not work any more

No problem with firmware.
I think you have hardware problem.
Check voltage in your power supply. No one customer had such problem.
