Epson L850 0×fb error then paper jam (0×2) error

I was Printing photos on my epson l850 when it displayed printer error 0×fb. After some time it is now displaying paper jam error 0×2. Initially when the error was 0×fb, the roller below the head moved for half a second on start up but now no roller or head carriage moves. Only the screen displaying on start up. I have checked the rollers for any obstacles but there is none. Nb: All cables are connected properly. What could be the problem?
