Epson xp 241 - FATAL ERROR

Hi, i'm having this error on my xp 241, anyone knows what i need to do to fix it?

Obs: this happened becouse i disconnected the flat cable that goes in the back of the cart, and had a hard time to put it back. Anyone knows what that flat cable do?

You have to connect all cables back

I have disconnect and connect those cables (scanner ones), every time that i open the printer to check if its all ok.
But it still dont work.
I dont know what that cable that go on the back of the cart do, but i think that cable broke while i was trying to put it on, thats why i want to know what that cable do.

Replace that cable by new one
