PAID but NOT RECEIVED THE RESET KEY

Made a purchased a while ago .

I'm ANNA from the PHILIPPINES

Reset key for my EPSON L1110

email: annaluisa.diez@deped.gov.ph

Made payment thru PAYPAL ... there was no order history.

but my PAYPAL already deducted the amount for the 1 KEY..

Please I need a response ASAP!
