xp15000 chipless , but ink run out problem

Hy, my problem with euro xp15000  chipless firmware activated, but after print 2 side a3 page dtf white ink run out,and need go change position the cartridge, reset, and again work, but this is normaly? Other ink not need reset.

Chipless firmware just disables ink chips
Regarding DTF printers firmware - please contact DTF printer developer.
