I paid for a firmware key last year but I couldn't get it to work, but I want to try again. I already bought a key from you "Your Firmware Key for WIC utility order is complete (#21483516)" I tried but I didn't succeed in downgrading. Is it possible for me to reset and unlock the OEM cartridge capability? "Current version of the firmware is AO18C5." Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
