"Could not execute query on the server side. Please, wait a while and try later." error

Recommended Posts

I have a ET-2400 and a ET-2650 - the 2400 is new but I put sublimation ink in it and now the "Waste count" error is occurring. When I "reset waste counters" for the established ET-2650 in the WIC reset utility it prompts a key request as it should. However, when I click "reset waste counters" for the ET-2400 (network and usb) the error "could not execute query on the server side. Please, wait a while and try later." appears in the bottom script section and there is NOT a pop up for the Key. Please help!! I've been trying for 2 days to get this count reset on this brand new printer. Thank you!
