ohyancy 0 Report post Posted March 2, 2025 I went through the steps, after purchasing the key I tried to click activate online and got this error message. My firmware says it is correct, I have a replace ink code on the printer for blk cartridge. Tried looking online, many people have same problem but no solution. Did we get scammed ? ohyancy 0 Report post Posted March 3, 2025 Thank you for the timely response! So hold down the stop, power, 1 button and then try to upload in that mode ?
