erin77brown 0 Report post Posted March 12 This usually indicates a firmware logic error or a faulty "auto-reset" chip on the white ink reservoir. Try cleaning the chip contacts with isopropyl alcohol or re-flashing the chipless firmware to reset the virtual ink levels. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
