bzbrowning 0 Report post Posted July 11, 2025 I have an ET-2803, all current on updated firmware. I installed the WIC reset program and am unable to perform an ink pad check or a reset. It states that the query is rejected by my device, however this model is listed as a compatible device. Any help for a work around is very appreciated!
