BRIANS 0 Report post Posted February 6 using the wic utility to read the waste counter on my Epson ET2850. it is connected via usb. but I am getting error saying "error occurred when this application tried to write/read data into/from the printer. I have terminated all of the epson services, and made sure I selected the right printer - two printers show up for my epson et-2850, one network and one usb. i select the usb one. every operation I try gets the same error.
