TrolexTk 0 Report post Posted March 2 So the issue is I went on chiplesssolution for my Epson XP-4100 downloaded the 2 file open the epson firmware updater click the scan button + down + left arrow + power button hold it for 3 seconds to boot up the firmware update mode now when I open the file epson firmware file updater and connect my USB it doesn't show my printer model it just show USB I'm confused is there something wrong please let me know what I'm doing that is wrong Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
