WaltHP 0 Report post Posted May 6 After my last message Jan 31, 2026, things seemed to be working. I did a lot of printing. Then the printer quit, display screen saying the M cart is empty, says that the carts are 312/312XL - which they aren't. Cart info displayed by EPSON Status Monitor says "Unknown" for all carts. I'm trying to use license.exe again. I saved the Serial & ID Code from before. I can't get license.exe to work, either with the saved Code of with a new one gotten from "Activate Online".
