I went through the steps, after purchasing the key I tried to click activate online and got this error message. My firmware says it is correct, I have a replace ink code on the printer for blk cartridge. Tried looking online, many people have same problem but no solution. Did we get scammed ?

Thank you for the timely response! So hold down the stop, power, 1 button and then try to upload in that mode ? When I change the printer and go into the wic tool and click update firmware it already says the version. What do I do in that scenario?
