Hi,

 

i bought a code for reseting ink pads for EPSON PX720WD.

 

I have a problem. When i click "reset waste counters" it appears an error:

 

[i]Could not read data from socket. Connection is missing.
Communication error occurred during data transfer between client and server. There are possible cause of the problem: internet connection may be unstable or absent, proxy are used or server is temporarily unavailable. Make sure that no third party applications ( antiviruses, firewalls, etc. ) does not block access to the network. If problem persists repeat this operation later.

please help. I tried turning on/off, refreshing... it doesn't work.
