I bought a reset key for my printer, so i follow instructions, and reset the counter and turn off the printer.. after trying to print in word, it still says service required, after I check it again in wic reset toll, it became 105%, after doing it again I have this error.
This program can only function properly when your computer and printer are connected using a USB cable.
If you do not see your printer in the detected devices list, please try the following:
1. Check USB cable/connection
2. Cancel all printer jobs
3. Turn the printer off and then on again
After each of the above, try refreshing the detected devices list.
