Hi, we keep with the problem , the printer stay in 85 % and do not continue with the update

Renember the key expires in the 15  / 02 

if the key expire without use?

I bougth a key chipless for XP255 XP257 yesterday, but when we try to install the firmware version  20.08.FM10I we have the Error
"Old version  (you can not update it)"

please how can we put service mode that models of printers because i buy st5105  and that is supported but i can not put in service mode we do know.
