Yes the printer is updated to chipless firmware through USB cable as seen in second photo (Verison: LQ16L7)
In the first photo windows recognises the printer as USB001, wicreset also knows the printer

Windows says I am an administrator, maybe it's the ISO I downloaded that is locked? I downloade the ISO from uupdump, I'll download a fresh windows 10 from somewhere else and try again
