I'm a bit confused as to what I purchased. I thought I was buying the canon v6100 service tool and registration number for 1 pc. I received the firmware key however I have no idea where to actually download the canon service tool. No links have been provided and I can't see anything on the site. Can anyone point me to the right place?

Help! I paid for a service manual but the download link provided in the email does not work. The link ends from_mail=true&download_code= but no code. What Am I doing wrong?
