Thank you very much for the quick response. I will forward that information to my client and ask him to generate a report for unsupported printers in the software. Maybe that helps to get more relevant information about that printer model.

Hi guys, thanks for having me here. A client of mine has an XP-2205 printer and this model is not supported for resetting. My questions are, if the printer will be supported in the near future and if not, why it cannot be supported. Best Regards
