    Hi am trying to reset the WIC counter however when I try to do this I am getting an error saying "Could not execute query on the server side. Please, wait a while and try later". I have waited however I am still getting this error. I am also not getting a box to enter my key when I click to reset the waste counter? Please help as I have purchased a key and need to use my printer ASAP. Thanks.
