Hi John, I`m having an issue with activating my Epson XP-15000. It say`s Communication failed etc. I tried to change the usb port on my laptop already did restart the printer and as well as the laptop but i get the same error. Just a head`s up. My printer before had an issue with the printhead(installed before and no issue on installing and activating i have as well the recovery code) so i sent the broken one to epson and they sent me a new one.
