Hello, I've installed the firmware for my WF-2835 from https://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?products_id=1936. Checking the info using the WIC Utility, it shows that the firmware was modified to AL05K3: So I purchased a license. But the license tool doesn't work for me: As you can see, you see nothing. I've requested a refund, but I'd prefer keeping my purchased license, and make everything work as supposed.
