is ok now. I have restarted the computer and reinstalling wic reset ten,off printer,on, and start wic..and all icons were on. thank you.

please tell me how to reset my epson, because I have buy the key, but the wic interface is diffrent that the video, is ver 3, and the icon buttons are grey,not coloured,exept the refresh button and the query information about the key. tell me to not mistake entering the key.
