We are heavy (very heavy!) users as professional software developers. However we strongly object to the blackmail imposed by Epson. We managed to keep a dozen or so old Epson R320s alive for over a decade by over-riding Epson's evil 'End of Service Life' built in obsolesence code but eventually they wore out of course, and that we accept. Had we accepted Epson's questionably legal tactic they would only have lasted less than one fifth of the time! We have now replaced with XP-600s and already these are doing the same thing. We downloaded the reset software and bought the key but cannot get it to work! Can anyone help please?
