    As I originally stated the printer does not have a RESET button, so it is not possible to do this.

    I appreciate the response, but sadly it does not solve my dilemma. The PX830FWD has no Reset symbol on the display monitor or anything that could be considered as equivalent.

    When running Wicreset I am told to turn off printer then hold ON button+RESET to access FW update mode. There is no such button and I am unable to access this mode.
