Hi, i am currently using my epson wf 7710 in chipless mode however, i don't know if it is related to the issue i am facing. The printer gets a paper jam whenever I print on any matte or glossy papers, or whenever I print or photocopy in auto-duplex. it however prints normally on the normal printing papers. Is there a fix this issue?
