Could the firmware change you have affected something? Do you think they will accept a guarantee after I have changed the firmware?

It is new, I bought it in Amazon and I brought it to Venezuela, but I had this problem with the chips and I did the process to not depend on the chip, and 1 after putting it on, the epson went off and has not turned on anymore. What of the chipless could have damaged my printer, or maybe it is normal and is there a way to revive it again? What do you think?
