the printer is practically new, has less than 100 prints, because it is blocked?

I already installed the firmware without a chip. The problem is that the printer after a few prints is blocked by pads and does not allow me to reset them.

after the installation of this firmware system the printers to the few limitations of the head are blocked, which is normally not complicated since there are programs available to reset, however these resetters do not work with the modified firmware, any option?

We use the method without service mode and it reaches 14% then it sends an error indicating that the firmware is not installed.

It does not have cartridges installed but the error it gives is it reads 1. 4 days ago I activated another xp231, it gave an error regarding the internet, it linked the internet of the cell phone and it worked well. That machine was active (it did not have cartridges either).

exactly the same thing happens to me as in this caseI have activated several machines from this computer, in fact yesterday I activated an xp231, the problem is with this other one that apparently has the updated firmware.
An xp241 gave me exactly the same fault and I solved it with the new firmware that they exposed in the other post that I attached in this message
