    oh my god thank you I think the issue was I had a mix of OEM cartridges loaded. I swapped out for all the same brand and it works! thanks so much

    I have an epson 1500w with updated firmware. I want to use OEM cartridges. I paid for a firmware key last year but I couldn't get it to work, but I want to try again. I already bought a key from you "Your Firmware Key for WIC utility order is complete (#21483516)" I tried but I didn't succeed in downgrading. Is it possible for me to reset and unlock the OEM cartridge capability? "Current version of the firmware is AO18C5."
