I have reviewed and followed requisite steps and troubleshooting suggestions on the guide below. I downgraded the printer to the required software successfully on my mac but running the license program freezes when I click the activate online button. I am operating on Windows 11 Pro mini-pc with an XP-4100 printer connected via usb. Any help would be appreciated.
