Hello, I paid the $19.99 to get the firmware reset code for my Epson XP-830 to downgrade my firmware so I could use remanufactured ink cartridges but cannot seem to fully install the key code in such a way that my printer recognizes it or accepts it. It may load to 16% or 32% and then locks up, freezes, or fails entirely. Does anyone know if this can be successfully done or what I'm doing wrong? Thank you.
