    I have an Epson WF7720 and I have been using 3rd party sublimation ink. Once I took my cartridges out for refilling the printer no longer recognizes the inks. My printer firmware was set automatically update software. Prior to me refiling the ink I had no problems with the printer. The question I have is, "Will your keys work so I can further access my printing?" I have attached a picture of the error that I'm receiving. Please help!! fwdprinterissues.zip

    I have tried to contact you numerous times. The license does not work on the firmware ,WF 7720. IO only get a comm error. Error number 10091 I have NEVER been replied to. Very poor support.
