Hi, my PP-100 N disc factory is not found by the WIC program though I added the ip address in Settings. Restart does not help. unfortunately it has no USB port. I can contact the machine’s web interface and it answers pings. What can I do? Thanks for your help! (Windows 10)

I'm Italian and I write to you because I have a Disc Producer Epson PP-100 inkjet and I want to reset the waste ink pad. Because the printer is blocked and we can't use it. I want buy the licence key for the software WICreset, but this software say thath the printer is not supported, and I can't do any operation for reset its. If someone can help me, answer at this Forum.
